* Lead product discovery and identify opportunities for new products and businesses. * Define a clear vision for your product. Communicate this vision crisply and concisely. * Rally a team of design and engineering to establish product-market fit, through rapid iteration and validation. * Define success metrics for your product and develop a plan to hit those metrics. * Build and execute a user acquisition and retention plan. * Drive product, operations, marketing and whatever else is needed to make your product successful. * Use clear, data driven reasoning to make quick decisions. * Continually design and improve the product experience to deliver higher value to your customers.

* Deep understanding of state of the tech industry and business models * Strong problem identification skills and ability to break down a problem into smaller parts. * Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team towards the product vision * Demonstrable experience of product execution skills, having led a cross-functional team to ship at least one product. * Significant years of consumer product management or Startup founder experience required. * Experience with measuring core success metrics for your product * Experience with user interfaces (wireframes, balsamiq, whatever you need to get your point across) a plus. * Desire to learn and thrive in ambiguity.
