Internet Services Product Manager

Located in San Jose, CA, the Product Manager will be responsible for defining Verizons new services. The focus is to deliver new services which leverage Verizons assets to deliver new internet services for the B2B2C and B2C markets. This job requires researching market opportunities and challenges, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining user experience, developing product plans, and driving appropriate development, marketing, and services activities.

* Drive Services definition, planning and design of new product features and enhancements. * Develop Service-level requirements and Enhancements. * Develop a strategic understanding of competition, target markets, customers, and evolving trends for VISP Services. * Turn market problems and customer needs into business use cases and product roadmaps * Work with the development teams to manage products from concept to delivery. * Communicate product benefits to customers, end users, and internal stakeholders * Develop the appropriate business case information to justify development of Services * Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, and services.

**Qualifications** * Education:BS in Computer Science or related technical degree, BS in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred or equivalent work experience **Experience:** * Product management experience. * Mobile technologies experience essential. * Internet technologies and business experience desired * Strong exposure to user experience design and user research is a must. * Demonstrated ability to gather and translate market trends and feedback into successful product initiatives and revenue growth. * Ability to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace. * Ability to work closely with development teams. * Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams. * Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including Product Owner are highly desirable * Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business problems and priorities into services roadmap. * Ability to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
