Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail oriented analyst who will use SAS to gather data and design client reports. You will partner with our Account Management team to fully understand client needs and provide guidance and recommendations on reporting layout. You will also use your strong analytical and communication skills to review data and explain results.

* Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a market research or data analysis position using SAS. Demonstrated analytical, written and customer service skills are required. Attention to detail is a must. Bachelor’s degree with strong math skills required. Experience in the CPG and consumer promotion industry is a plus. **Qualifications:** * Strong working knowledge of base SAS in Windows and SQL in the SAS environment. * Ability to apply the following SAS procedures: MEANS, UNIVARIATE, TABULATE, MARCRO. * Ability to explain basic statistical terms (mean, median, standard deviation) to non-technical audience. * Ability to collect data, analyze results and draw valid conclusions. * Strong analytical and organizational abilities. * Action oriented; independent and self-motivated. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet agreed upon deadlines. * Able to be flexible in a changing work environment. * Ability to work in a team oriented work environment. * Ability to travel if necessary.
