Account Coordinator - NCH

As part of a team, you will assist and support the account manager in all phases of managing customer accounts. This includes regularly communicating with customers to better understand and deliver on their needs, and positively position NCH products and services. You will utilize probing and follow-up skills to uncover further needs and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for educating and training new customer contacts, creating business review materials and reports, and maintaining and updating customer specifications. Works with other departments to gather information and resolve issues.

* Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. * 1-3 years business to business customer service experience or strong internship experience. * Experience in developing customer relationships desired. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet agreed upon deadlines. * Ability to organize, analyze, report and communicate results. * Creativity in developing presentations. * Business relationship building techniques. * Positioning, probing and closure skills. * Action oriented, independent and self-motivated.
