* Daily Revenue reporting for various entities and reconciliation of all related accounts including accounts receivable and deferred revenues. Responsible for processing patient refunds. * Assist with Month end general ledger close * Prepare various account reconciliations and reports * Analyze balance sheet accounts * Perform variance analysis * Other recurring monthly journal entries: Merchant Fees, Prepaid Expenses, etc. * Assist with annual audit process * Other reconciliations, reports, calculations, comparisons as requested.

* Experience with Microsoft Great Plains * Excellent Microsoft Excel skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to take direction while working independently * Accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines. * Possess excellent organizational and time management skills. * Experience in the Health Care Industry is a huge plus
