Outpatient Therapist

The Hospital is seeking fee-for-service therapists to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in one of our outpatient centers, Chatham Family Counseling Center, located at 1111 E. 87th Street in Chicago. The flexible schedule offers the clinician your choice of days from Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting * Develop and maintain a case load while working alongside the hospital for scheduling, availability, etc. * Maintain and submit appropriate documentation as well as billing submission under the standards of the clinic. * To assure compliance with applicable laws pertaining to psychiatric treatments * To provide a safe, secure, therapeutic and professional environment at all times

* Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of IL * Must be a graduate of an accredited MSW or M.A/ M.S. program * 3 years clinical experience within an inpatient/outpatient psychiatric mental health setting * Minimum of one year experience or special training in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults * Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric principles, working concepts and theory, age specific growth and development, limit setting, as well as crisis and behavioral management * Bilingual capabilities a plus * Must be self motivated, organized individual who is customer focused
