Spring Mountain is seeking a Director of Business Development. This position plans and directs all aspects of Spring Mountain’s marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.

• Must be able to serve as a member of multi-disciplinary team supporting the Mission Statement of Spring Mountain.
• Superior leadership abilities to direct a marketing team, establish priorities and successfully plan, develop, implement, coordinate and manage marketing systems.
• All job functions must be performed using the highest standards of business ethics.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in some Behavioral Science, Master Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience directly related to mental health care marketing in hospital or managed care environments.
• A strong client service background is mandatory.
• Proven track record in business development and sales.
• Excellent oral, written and analytical skills are mandatory.
• Must be a good public speaker and be able to present materials in a clear, concise and logical manner.
• Superior interpersonal skills are necessary for successful performance of duties.
• Must be computer literate and be able to operate simple machinery necessary to perform duties such as computer, copy machines, calculator, DVD, camcorder, cameras, and overhead projector.
• Must possess solid ethical standards in relation to all aspects of business development.
