Director Business Development

Spring Mountain is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) , one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare management companies, operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities and ambulatory centers nationwide. Spring Mountain is seeking a Director of Business Development. This position plans and directs all aspects of Spring Mountain’s marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.

* Must be able to serve as a member of multi-disciplinary team supporting the Mission Statement of Spring Mountain. * Superior leadership abilities to direct a marketing team, establish priorities and successfully plan, develop, implement, coordinate and manage marketing systems. * All job functions must be performed using the highest standards of business ethics.

* Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in some Behavioral Science, Master Degree preferred. * Minimum of three (3) years experience directly related to mental health care marketing in hospital or managed care environments. * A strong client service background is mandatory. * Proven track record in business development and sales. * Excellent oral, written and analytical skills are mandatory. * Must be a good public speaker and be able to present materials in a clear, concise and logical manner. * Superior interpersonal skills are necessary for successful performance of duties. * Must be computer literate and be able to operate simple machinery necessary to perform duties such as computer, copy machines, calculator, DVD, camcorder, cameras, and overhead projector. * Must possess solid ethical standards in relation to all aspects of business development.
