The Growth Team’s mission is to help our creators reach the largest amount of content consumers possible and is responsible for notifications, user acquisition, and user retention. As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth Team you will work in a cross-functional product team to drive sustainable growth of the Twitch community. Through research and experimentation you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new users.

**Requirements** * You’ve launched successful products to millions of users * Logic is both your native language and weapon of choice * You are a master of the 80/20 principle and resist analysis paralysis * You thrive in an environment of intense debate * You understand basic principles of ux design such as conversion optimization, information hierarchy, and common UI * When you chat on Twitch you can construct a technical framework explaining how the message was distributed to the rest of the chat room users * You have a solid foundation in analytics tools and SQL that aids you in building rational arguments * You excel at communicating your ideas to others, verbally and in written form **Bonus Points** * Gaming is a passion * Possess a background in modelling * Prior data science experience * Aspiration to be a manager
