Network Operations Manager

As part of your role, you will be: defining processes, increasing network efficiency, driving down costs, improving the Twitch experience for our users, and much more. The more adept we are at delivering Twitch to our users, the more audience we gain and content is consumed -- this directly impacts our commercial success.

* Define road map goals and deliverables * Conduct recurring staff and 1:1 meetings * Conduct quarterly reviews for all direct reports * Design, develop, and maintain operational processes to continually improve network availability * Maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners * Mentor staff, fostering their strengths, and developing their weaknesses * Forecast staffing needs, write job descriptions, work with recruiting, and conduct interviews * Communicate effectively with staff, peers, and upper management

* 3+ years of management experience, preferably managing technical staff in an operational environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong technical skills and ability to learn new concepts * Ability to think creatively, highly-driven, and self-motivated * Comfortable interacting with all levels of management * Able to present ideas, strategy, and vision effectively * Experience working in an ISP, co-location, or Content Delivery Network environment
