Director of Product Management

We connect gamers from around the world by allowing them to broadcast, watch, and chat with each other. Twitch’s live and on-demand video platform forms the backbone of a distribution network for video game broadcasters including pro players, tournaments, leagues, developers and gaming media organizations.

Twitch is the world's largest distributor of live video, and we are pushing hard to serve more markets and people. As we push aggressively, we need an experienced Director of Product Management who can lead product managers to research new markets, define requirements, and push us into new territory. You will have a track record of hiring and developing great product managers, owning strategy, developing great product roadmaps, and effectively communicating your vision. Ideally you will have success identifying and developing new markets at a large ISP or CDN

* Own the vision and strategy to drive live video into new markets by working closely with engineering to develop the long-term strategy for live video * Develop the external relationships that help support us define and deliver on our strategy * Identify and drive live video into new markets * Recruit and retain a great product talent team * Ensure your team is developing prioritized roadmaps that align with Twitch strategy and long-term vision

**Requirements** * Experience leading and building out a team of Product Managers for a large infrastructure product * Excellent leadership, communication, and design skills * Ability to plan out a long-term strategic vision and develop a team with an aggressive growth schedule * Eagerness to make data and user-driven product decisions, create daring solutions, and take ownership for your team * Passion for making the product that helps customers build successful businesses **Bonus Points** * Success at a large CDN or ISP * Professional experience with online video * Engineering background
