Strategy Insights Manager

TubeMogul is the global leader in software used by brands and agencies to plan, buy and measure their brand advertising. By reducing complexity, improving transparency and leveraging real-time data, our platform enables marketers to gain greater control of their videoadvertising spend.

TubeMogul is seeking a Strategy Insights Manager to lead our Business Insights Team. This is a key role that will have a large impact as this manager will be responsible for the highest quality of global reporting, analysis and forecasting in a scalable manner across all the regions. He/She will also provide direction and mentor junior level candidates in the group.

* Understand the business requirements and create in-depth insights analysis * Work closely with Leadership team and drive analyses for incremental revenue * Develop Internal data dashboards, in order to track influxes in product, consumer and business trends * Develop Insights from Data Analysis and provide recommendation to other business teams * Conduct analyses on business trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion * Analyze product usage and provide insights for product enhancements * Develop strategies to measure and analyze the quality of inventory sources * Work closely with department leads to develop internal reports to help influence key decisions * Develop testing methodologies to test product, supply and pricing hypotheses

* BA or BS from a top tier university, preferably in Business, Economics or Statistics, MBA is preferred * 4 - 6 years of experience in Ad-Tech Ecosystem is preferred * Ability to influence others through persuasiveness and able to move fast * 3 - 4 years of experience of managing a highly talented team * 4 - 6 years relevant work experience as a Analytics Leader in a Strategy setting * Statistical analysis and superior statistical/data analysis skills with MS Excel and power point presentations * Excellent knowledge of SQL and DOMO * Expert in quantitative analysis and logical reasoning * Ability to translate data analysis into actionable insights (“the story”) for executives * Strong work ethic, ownership of projects, and keen attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast paced environment adapting to change quickly and often * Ability to think logically and diagnose problems in a diverse and complex environment. * Expert in Excel, PowerPoint * Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
