Summary
Understanding both the current market requirements and the future direction of the healthcare industry as well as how TriZetto products and clients can meet market demands with a particular focus on the evolution of payment reform and bundling, both clinical and operational implications. This is a client-facing role, including pre-sales support, product direction leadership, post-sales feedback and client program guidance. This role plays an active and lead role in the product management activities surrounding TriZetto’s payment solutions. In addition, This is a client-facing role including pre-sales support, product direction leadership, post-sales feedback and Client program guidance.
Responsibilities
* Healthcare industry acumen and client-facing skills to be able to converse with executives and senior staff of Clients on healthcare and analytics particularly with respect to payment bundling initiatives including the people, processes and technology required to gain successful outcomes. * Strong capabilities and experience in the area of payment reform with a focus on payment bundling administration with breadth of view when considering constituent incentives and their implications. * Guiding sales efforts, as well as providing consultative guidance when appropriate, to help Clients achieve successful outcomes. * Aligning the investment in TriZetto’s existing portfolio as well as identifying and orchestrating the introduction of new capabilities in TriZetto’s portfolio solutions. * Leading the team in the timely delivery of product and services that meet the needs of the marketplace such as federal mandates, third-party vendors, and client requested functional enhancements. * Represent and demonstrate TriZetto’s expertise and solution offerings in the healthcare arena through attendance and/or presentation at industry and national events. * Possess a thorough understanding of competitors’ offerings and positioning to maintain TriZetto’s competitiveness within the industry. * Align and maintain a collaborative relationship with regulatory, industry, and client experts leading the charge in payment reform focused on payment bundling. * Ability to identify requirements and drive product acceptance, to increase usage and evolve the portfolio Product Bundling Solutions. * Work and collaborate with the Director of Value Based Strategy to operationalize the strategy based on market trends and solution offerings.
Ideal Candidate
**Experience:** Minimum of ten years' related experience, including five years' operating in senior positions in the healthcare marketplace. **Technical Competencies:** Expertise within the healthcare domain and non-health care technology business models. Expertise in drawing insights from clients and market trends, distilling complex information into solutions. **Behavioral Competencies:** Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of an organization, both internal to TriZetto and externally.
