• Analyze our feedback loop for Customer Care, present a business case for changes and drive the development of these changes
• Partner with the Product and Analytics team to improve our post-launch product analysis
• Analyze our supplier data, identify on-boarding flow opportunities, present a business case for improvements and drive the development of these changes.

• Experience analyzing data and presenting results from a business perspective
• Technical understanding to clearly communicate with a highly technical engineering team
• Outstanding communication and writing skills
