* Analyze our feedback loop for Customer Care, present a business case for changes and drive the development of these changes * Partner with the Product and Analytics team to improve our post-launch product analysis * Analyze our supplier data, identify on-boarding flow opportunities, present a business case for improvements and drive the development of these changes.

* Experience analyzing data and presenting results from a business perspective * Technical understanding to clearly communicate with a highly technical engineering team * Outstanding communication and writing skills * Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated * Ability to work independently and within a team environment
