This role builds information management and information technology skills as incumbents work on projects that support the overall goals and objectives of the business unit.

* Analyze results and generate operational assessment report and development plan * Generate written Training assessment development plan * Provide step-by-step guidelines and materials for operational, training and standardization practices * Regularly reflect, document and share lessons learned for projects and make recommendation for improvements to assessment, training and standardized programs * Regularly generate written reports and presentations for assessment results * Present training, operational, and standardized reports to Management Team * Assist with metrics * Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods * compile and analyze data and prepare reports to support business initiatives * Assist with routine duties and special projects aligned with revenue generating and technology growth and advancements.

* An active interest in information technology and the consumer credit industry. * Bachelor’s degree or work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related degree is preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently with attention to detail * Solid work ethic and initiative * Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent Written and Verbal presentation skills * Solid knowledge of MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems.
