Summary
The Sales Assistant plays an important part in the sales and recruitment processes within an office environment. They will work closely with our senior sales representative to provide him major support services. This is an entry-level position and the duties will include administrative tasks and specific recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
* Assist senior sales representatives with all recruitment/clerical needs. * Process new hire paperwork with employees. * Help recruiters conduct new hire orientations. * Verifies I-9 documentation with new hires. * Use of computer to enter new employee information in to company database. * Assist with the management of online recruiting efforts. * Assists with recruitment and interview processes. * Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions. * Assist with payroll. * Assist in answering the phone, talking to new applicants and setting up interviews.
