Analyst

The Chicago Region is seeking an Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Acquisitions, Development and Asset Management functions for the Chicago region.

* Underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities * Model various co-investment structures * Participate in due diligence and overall transaction support * Work closely with Portfolio Management to conduct performance evaluations * Assure that all building data is current and accurate * Underwrite assets to facilitate an internal decision regarding hold, sell or re-finance * Provide solutions for improving asset performance and efficiency * Analyze lease alternatives * Track local real estate market data

* BA or BS degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate) * 1-2 years commercial real estate or investment banking experience * General finance, accounting, leasing and capital markets understanding * Must be EXTREMELY proficient with Excel and Argus * Experience with discounted cash flow modeling * Proactivity with strong attention to detail * Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment * Strong communication skills
