Product Analytics Manager

Launching out of Y-Combinator in 2012, Tilt is the fastest growing in the crowdfunding space. We’re launching more crowdfunding campaigns per day than any other platform in the world by focusing on what this space will look like in a mobile world. Tilt has raised funding from Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Y-Combinator, and many of the smartest angel investors in the world.

You will be partnering with the head of Product to tackle high priority strategic questions, conduct objective analysis, provide insights, and help prioritize key initiatives. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a collaborative and resourceful style that will contribute to our data-driven culture.

* Develop in-depth understanding for what drives Growth for Tilt and how we can continue to fuel it. * Partner with the head of Product and PMs to help prioritize and size strategic initiatives, set goals, and monitor business performance. * Help design and implement a/b tests. * Manage operational dashboards to monitor business line performance and to continually analyze business drivers. * Ad hoc analyses for Product.

* 4+ years of work experience in a Biz Ops/ business analytics / data science role at a software or internet company along with a background in management consulting or investment banking. * Passionate about Tilt’s product and able to speak to our technology/industry. * Very strong analytical skills (including a/b testing, statistics). * Experience solving real world business and product problems using advanced Excel modeling and relational databases. * Experience supporting international Teams and understanding Excellent SQL skills is required. * Experience with data visualization tools or packages. * Superior communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, and explain complex problems to different types of audience.
