The Edinburg Center is seeking a Director of Mental Health Residential Services to oversee clinical and administrative operations of five mental health residential rehabilitation programs in our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) Services group.

CBFS offers high quality, person-centered rehabilitation services to adults diagnosed with mental illnesses, some of whom may also have co-occurring diagnoses such as PTSD or substance abuse. S/he will perform all intakes and assessments of persons referred for service. The Director will train and supervise the site managers and staff in developing Individual Action Plans with clients and in documenting client progress. S/he will ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. S/he will also ensure adherence to Edinburg Center/CBFS Services policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.

* Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, OTR/L) and 2 years post Master’s work experience in mental health required. * Training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Substance Abuse Treatment, and motivational interviewing strongly preferred. Supervisory experience required. * Experience working with adults with mental illness required. Valid driver’s license required.
