**Position Summary:** The Healthcare Market Feasibility Manager will work with the Plante Moran Living Forward team, which specializes in pre-development services and construction oversight of senior living projects throughout the country. This leadership position will play a consultative role to generate relevant insight on a market area to support the clients’ strategic efforts. This is a new position as a result of significant growth that we have had in the market study area of our practice. The Market Feasibility Manager is responsible for analyzing data for market research services, including proprietary market analytics, demographics, and competitor profiles of nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, CCRC, and other long-term care services. At the Manager level, this role will conduct comprehensive industry, market area, and competitor analyses in order to determine market opportunities. Then, along with others, assess each of the opportunities, determine the optimal ones, and create action plans. Frequent market site visits may be necessary to gain the appropriate insight to market findings. In addition, presentations to owners, management team leaders and/or board of directors will be necessary to share findings. This position will also have individual practice development goals as well as overall goals for this market study practice area. Many of these practice development pursuits will be collaborative in nature with other team members of the Plante Moran Living Forward practice area. **Position Highlights:** * Lead a team of market feasibility consultants in their professional development * Assist in the development of tools, templates, questionnaires and guidelines for market feasibility and competitive assessments * Review of adhoc reports: - Data for feasibility studies - Competitive assessments - Research and strategic planning support * Analyze data and mapping of processes * Participate in business development activities including proposals * Conduct general industry research to provide leads for the team * Present conclusions and data to the clients’ leadership teams * Presentations at industry association events including annual conferences, webinars, etc.

**Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree required * 5-10 years of experience in market research or analytics. Healthcare industry experience (long term care, nursing home, assisted living or senior housing) is required **Travel & Hours** * This is an exempt position that may require some Saturday work hours and overtime during workweek. * Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Chicago or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity. * 25-35% travel is required with this position.
