Sales Operations Analyst

Summary:
The sales operation analyst will be responsible for Salesforce.com (SFDC) frontline support, create and maintenance reports and business metrics, and assist sales compensation manager for the monthly and quarterly commission payout. You will interact with Telx account managers and sales leaders on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Administration and Operation
- Enforce Sales governance policies - ensure accounts are created, converted, assigned to the right sales segment based on defined rules
- Convert marketing Leads to accounts and assigned to account executives
- Ensure opportunities and closed deals in SFDC are split correctly
- Proactively engage channel managers to ensure the correctness of booking credit for channel team
- Maintain account split, opportunity split and deal split in SFDC
- Work with senior management team to manage the sales forecast process
- Ensure data integrity in the SFDC CRM system and perform necessary cleanup
- Master SFDC and evaluate new features from releases, identify system or process issues, and propose ideas to enhance the CRM system
Reports
- Create and maintain SFDC reports and dashboards tailored to management needs
- Assist the monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reporting to the Telx senior management
- Assist in the preparation of presentations to the company, the exec team and the Board
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or similar
- 2 to 3 year experience in the telecom, data center, or technology sectors or similar experiences in other industries
- Intermediate Power Point and advanced Excel skills – able to perform vlookup, complex and advanced formulas, pivot table/chart, conditional formatting, shortcuts …and others
- Knowledge of Access, Power Pivot, and Tableau
- Must be detail oriented, organized , responsive, proactive, analytical, and an excellent problem solver
- Demonstrated comfort in interacting with sales team and sales executives on a daily basis
- Must be adapt at working in a fast changing environment
