Summary
The Marketing Research Coordinator will report to the Marketing Research Manager. They will be responsible for supporting the timely completion of custom research projects and ensure that all marketing research results are easily accessible in a central digital location for all members of the organization. They are accountable for the organization and management of historical marketing research project databases, focused on creating an easy to use library where TDA Associates are able to quickly find relevant Marketing Research topics and the projects that lie within that topic area. This role will also be responsible for the day to day research logistics operations for upcoming research; including managing timelines and the observance of internal policies and procedures for client and prospect communication efforts and survey materials. They will ensure that all vendor agreements and SOWs are current. This position will also devote the appropriate time to coordinate cross-functional team communication opportunities, both online and offline, when research projects are initiated and research team members require results dissemination.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the appropriate workflow of all TDA research projects. * Ensure active communication of Research results to the indirect beneficiaries of custom research findings via Marketing Insights Depot, Connect, and other internal communication tactics. * Maintain a means for Communication of Results to those associates who indirectly benefit from project objectives and findings. * General Maintenance and Tracking of the Marketing Research Department Functional Procedures * Responsible for the organization and management of historical marketing research project databases
Ideal Candidate
* Marketing or Marketing Research project coordination experience preferred * 1 – 3 years of experience preferred * Proven track record of independently managing projects in a high performance culture. * Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams and priorities * Solid problem solving and analytical skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization * Creative and Effective Communicator * B.A. /B.S. in Marketing, Project Management, or Organizational Management preferred. * Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and data management systems preferred * Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed.
