Summary
Goldfish (a wholly owned subsidiary of Target) is seeking full-time Product Manages to join the Product organization to help build a new franchise within Target. As a Goldfish team member, you'll have a direct impact on the innovation of cutting edge technologies. We are ambitious and bent on disrupting the way people shop. As part of the team, you will be the bridge across our technical, business and design worlds as we develop products. You will also be our liaison to all the supporting team such as, Marketing and Finance, to name a few. You will break down complex problems into small addressable feature sets and drive execution with a can-do attitude. You are willing to challenge the status quo and are constantly pushing the teams out of their comfort zone. You will be part of shaping Target’s game changing shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Drive product development from conception to launch with a bias toward action * Drive the cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, develop and implement feature sets. * Orient the team to the overarching product/financial goals and mobilize/rally them towards that.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. * Strong bias to product analytics, data driven development, Iterative development and customer driven innovation * Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies. * Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. * Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, operations, finance or marketing. * Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to take product vision/strategy to fully developed products. * Demonstrated experience working on large-scale consumer products that touched millions of users.
