Summary
We are looking for experienced Solution Architects who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver cloud based CRM / Database Marketing solutions. The Solution Architect role is one of the core leadership roles in all of our implementations. The Solution Architect owns the design of all functional and technical aspects of a CRM solution during the Delivery phase and provides proper hand-off/sign-off of the solution into Production (hosted/self-service/installed). A Solution Architect should have at least 10+ years of experience in CRM solutions and data warehouse implementations. A Solution Architect needs to be consultative, client-facing and should be capable of responding to RFPs and should effectively contribute to the pre-sales and sales process to grow our business.
Responsibilities
* Cloud Architecture: Microsoft Azure design patterns for multi-region architectures * Input Data: Experience in common file formats and types (batch and real-time) * CDI integration: Knowledge of Customer Data Integration is a must * ETL process: In-depth batch and real-time data integration experience * Platform and tools: Cisco Information Server and SSIS knowledge a plus; Working knowledge of IBM Campaign, Adobe Campaign, Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI and SAS a big plus * Database management: In-depth knowledge on RDBMS (MS SQL and Oracle) * Data Model: In-depth data modeling skills * Application integration: Campaign, BI and Modeling and custom UI tool integration experience a must * Marketing execution: Experience in data integration to support marketing execution and analytics * Own functional design of the end-to-end solution footprint during implementation * Conduct design reviews * Manage and communicate with external client teams during delivery * Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content

Graduate degree is a plus * 10 plus years of experience in CRM industry * Expert level experience in delivering cloud based solutions on Azure (preferred) or AWS. * Well-versed in the CRM technology and tools landscape * Leadership experience – should have led teams * Strong willed * Articulate, effective communication skills **Knowledge & Ability** * Proven experience managing and developing a CRM database platform or similar database platform. * Broad understanding of CRM marketing database industry * Proficiency working collaboratively with teams across the database deployment life cycle; excellent interpersonal skills with people in general; the ability to build bridges (not burn them) with users, internal and external customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. * Ability to serve as an internal consultant, presenting concepts to, and working with, groups of senior management. * Strong data analysis skills allowing the architect to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, data elements, and their relationships. * Excellent relationship building and management skills, strong orientation toward collaboration and communication, ability to earn trust and respect from a challenging customer base. * Outstanding skills and abilities in verbal and written communications to audiences of varying technical levels, and at various levels within an organization, in groups and individual settings. * Proven ability to work with vendors and internal organization to deliver on the committed solution * Strong organizational, prioritization and leadership skills; proven ability to motivate, develop, and work with a geographically dispersed and highly skilled staff * Passion, energy, innovation and creativity that will drive the success of the delivery of a CRM database deployment from contract signature to production. * Working knowledge of Campaign Management and Business Intelligence practices * Understanding of tools including SQL Database, Data Modeling Concepts, & Marketing Suites. * Basic knowledge of data principles and concepts to support data quality, validation and ownership * Knowledge of file management best practices including transmission, encryption, conversion, manipulation, and management of client files * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products * Data ETL experience is a plus **Other Professional Qualifications** * TOGAF or similar architecture certifications preferred * Well versed and experienced in all aspects of consumer marketing. * Must possess excellent presentation skills. Should be mature, personable, bright and polished. * Proven success working in a service-centric organization, with the customer at the center * Balance of strategic, analytical, creative and operational orientation * Excellent oral, written and presentation skills **Position Requirements** * Overtime as necessary * Minimal travel is required
