Process Improvement Operational Excellence Coach Lead Job

We are now recruiting Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma Consultants at various levels and within all regions. Please note that those positions will require commitment to travel within territories/regions.

You will work in small project teams on site with different Syngenta teams and support business and operational development, transformation and improvement activities.

This role could be based out of Minnetonka, MN or Greensboro, NC

• Become a member of a global Center of Operational Excellence, develop a high proficiency in the Syngenta Operational Excellence methodology and act as an expert in the techniques and approach.
• Build Operational Excellence capability in Syngenta by leading initiatives that use the methodology in high priority company projects and target areas.
• Coach Syngenta leaders, teams and colleagues to develop their knowledge and capability to use Operational Excellence in their own areas.
• Play an active role in the Operational Excellence community, drive the development of capabilities and improve the Operational Excellence methodology.

• Experience required
• English, any additional language will be highly beneficial
• Proven record in the application of project and program management methodologies
• Change and/or operational management experience
• Experienced stakeholder management skills as well as dealing with ambiguity
• Previous experiences ranging from delivering improvements up to expert practitioner knowledge will determine the level of job within operational excellence
• Data and process driven
• Strong capability to develop, coach & teach others in delivering change
• 4 yr. degree
