Integrated Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage large-scale client initiatives (design and production projects) for marcomm. Your main responsibility will be to interface with Account Management, Creative and Print Production as well as internal and external resources to ensure execution and on time delivery of all project assignments. Additional Responsibilities: - Monitor budget throughout project life cycle and communicate budget status to team and identify if additional funds are needed or if project has gone beyond original scope - Attend project kick-off meetings - Ensure all materials for meeting are available and ready at start of meeting - Ensure that all project information is communicated to team from client in order to create accurate estimates and schedules based on project scope and client deadlines - Lead assigned projects and follow through on all aspects of the project from start to finish - Maintain projects in department status report and lead status meetings for assigned projects - Maintain constant communication on project status with all team members

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of media including: print production, direct mail, email campaigns, and new business proposals.
