Emerging Payments Technical Designer

SYKES is a global business process outsourcing (BPO) leader in providing comprehensive inbound customer engagement services to Global 2000 companies, primarily in the communications, financial services, healthcare, technology, transportation and retail industries.

This position is a key member of a team of senior business technologist responsible for the design and development of products and solutions that further goals in digital commerce. This role will work with business partners from across the globe to design digital products and the detailed product and technical road-maps required to support global deployments of API Gateways, eCommerce and Mobile Commerce products.

• You will work with Business Partners to design technology products and applications to meet business objectives.
• Develop and own the technology road-map for API Gateways, eCommerce and Mobile Commerce products
• Coordinate the technical road-mapping process ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture plans, and technology delivery.
• You will be the single point of contact for new software development requests, requests for product evaluation, and sizing of new requirements.

• Must have extensive experience in designing and developing developer facing API Gateways and consumer facing eCommerce and Mobile Commerce products and solutions.
