Summary
Support customer service & operational functions for all online stores including but not limited to (Branded eBay stores, Online Employee store, Webstore).
Responsibilities
* Monitor shared email inboxes and responds to customer inquiries
* Create new product listings
* Manage inventory
* Assist with pre and post event tasks
* Participate in special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
* Assist in coverage of the Towson Employee Store (as needed)
Ideal Candidate
* 1-3 years of Prior retail, marketing, sales and/or customer service experience
* Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite required
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
* SAP experience preferred
* College or equivalent work experience
