Responsibilities
* Coordinate all fit and wear tests with new products * Maintain current fit test process, expand and grow testing capabilities, cultivate relationships to drive innovation in fit and construction * Seek out and successfully recruit the best field testers, ensuring the highest level of excellence on feedback, timing and quality * Learn footwear construction – materials, processes and technologies – to quickly grow into development by leveraging experience of team * Your 3 Year Growth Plan: You’ll move from a Fit Coordinator into a Shoe Developer role, managing multiple products from design concepts into production. You’ll also become liaison to professional athletes in all disciplines and serve as a valuable contributor in advanced innovation projects.
Ideal Candidate
* You’re extremely self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented * Passion for cycling footwear – you eat, sleep and work while daydreaming about shoes * Humility and curiosity to continually learn and push the limits, you always search for a better way * Willingness and ability to travel 4 to 6 times per year to Asia, trips lasting 1 to 2 weeks * BA or BS degree **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bike fitting and hands-on biomechanics experience is a plus
