Summary

As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the support functions for a handful of the executive team members at Sovrn. We are looking for highly organized candidates with strong previous experience as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, understand the importance of confidentiality and accuracy, be reliable and forward thinking. This employee will sit in the reception area of our Boulder office, as is responsible for greeting guests and being the “face” of Sovrn.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management
  • Travel management
  • Expense Reports
  • Conference registration
  • Travel /Hotel reservations
  • Schedule meetings
  • Take on vendor management projects as needed
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong experience interfacing with executives
  • Proven ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects / deadlines
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing Google Calendars, creating Google Docs
Compensation and Working Conditions
