• Create top quality, user centric designs for direct mail, company websites, mobile apps, banner ads, email campaigns and other digital tools.
• Collaborate with managers, team members, and copywriters to conceptualize and visualize new ideas for all company websites
• Create end-to-end designs working from concept to completion and offering suggestions and multiple options along the way
• Consistently capture the essence, message, brand, vision, and vibe in an overall design or other creative elements as dictated by key stakeholders
• Assist onsite production of live shoots with photography and video

• 3 years’ experience in ecommerce web design.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a design or art field
• A strong understanding of web design and UX concepts and techniques and an interest in learning the latest web technologies (HTML5/CSS3)
• Experienced user of Adobe Creative Suite of products
• Proficiency coding HTML and CSS
• Highly-creative photography and/or video skills strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• You must thrive and be confident in a fast-paced environment, as you’ll be working within a busy creative team managing multiple priorities and deadlines
