Summary
The Marketing and Communication Manager will have responsibility for actively managing 3-5 client organizations and able to quickly acclimate to various professions &/or fields. The candidate will design, execute and track compelling marketing strategies incorporating both digital and tradition means. Strong day-to-day management of all campaigns, resources, tactics and relationships is critical, in addition to being able to demonstrate a collaborative mindset in delivering client service.
Responsibilities
* Lead and/or contribute to the development of marketing &/or communication plans for various client organizations. Areas of focus and development may include: market assessment and analysis, objectives and key strategies, identification of new tactics and channels, and tactical metrics/evaluation * Oversee and/or lead the implementation of plans including organization and delegation of project roles/responsibilities; manage performance of assigned team ensuring quality of delivery & product, reporting and budget management * Competency in digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, SEM and content marketing * Play a hand's-on role in creating and overseeing the implementation of campaigns and plans, this may include information gathering, writing, copy-editing and production management * Client budget development and management * People management and development * Develop and maintain key relationships, these may be with team member and clients
Ideal Candidate
**Education & Work Experience Required:** * BA/BS required (concentration in Integrated Communications or Marketing preferred) * 7-10 years total relevant professional experience in marketing environment to include proven managerial skills * Experience in a matrixed environment (agency experience preferred) * Strong oral and written communication skills * Proficient in budget/financial management * Strong project management skills * Knowledge of HTML, Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
