AML / KYC and Data Quality Analyst

GSCC is looking to add an energetic and self motivated professional to join its Transaction Management Group.

• Coordinate legal entity record creation as well as the AML/KYC process, liaising between various business units, support units and compliance
• Monitor the CCC transaction pipeline and follow up with appropriate parties in order to ensure KYC records are created and approved on a timely basis
• Liaise with internal compliance team on the application of KYC policies to CCC clients within the CitiKYC system.
• Create and modify client records in Citi’s proprietary entity reference data system
• Identify, classify and report on expenses related to business transactions
• Respond to data and reporting requests to various parties including the business units, independent risk, and asset management.
• Identify efficiency improvements in all operational and financial aspects of the business
• Facilitate data requests from internal teams as well as from regulators, borrowers, and other third parties
• Review all positions and transaction activity to determine that it is recorded correctly in the firm's books and records
• Ability to multi task and straddle day to day responsibilities as well as project related work

• Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Candidate is required to have a BA/BS
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Excel and quantitative skills are required
• Knowledge of AML/KYC preferred
