Full Stack Engineer
SiteSpect
(Boston, Massachusetts)SiteSpect is leading the advancement of testing, targeting, and personalization software that empowers the world’s most successful digital businesses to drive revenue growth, deepen customer engagement, and sharpen their competitive edge.
SiteSpect is a digital optimization platform that lets you test or target your web traffic without having to change any code on your side. Under the hood, SiteSpect is a reverse proxy. Requests from end users are routed to an appropriate backend and SiteSpect modifies the response based on what tests the user is assigned to and then delivers those changes back to the end user.
As Spider-Man would say, “with great power comes great responsibility”. We take these words seriously by considering stability, performance, scale and security with every commit. Yes, we code review every commit. Currently, we are handling ~10,000,000,000 visits a month.
This position will work on all parts of the SiteSpect system. You might find yourself working on our reporting engine, enhancing our web based control panel, adding features into our reverse proxy or extending our RESTful API. To help you grow, every engineer has a yearly learning budget which can be used to go to a conference or to take a class.
