Summary
The Director of Finance, reporting to the CFO, is a key member of the company, responsible for reporting, budgeting, planning, and analytics. If you’re experienced in financial reporting and analytics, and interested in working with the leader in healthcare payments innovation, this is a great opportunity for you. We’re seeking candidates with in-depth experience in management reporting, dashboarding, incentive comp, business intelligence reporting, and analysis. As a leader in healthcare payments innovation, experience in handling data and analytics in a high-volume, payment transaction space is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Manage the financial forecasting process for the entire company. Develop an agile forecasting model that can be quickly refreshed. Partner with business leaders to develop new financial models in order to expand their businesses. * Collaborate with the Accounting Team to provide timely variance analysis on actual results vs. forecasted results. Develop product line P&L’s to determine true profitability for all the company’s service offerings. * Provide strategic finance support for key decisions. Generate pricing sensitivity analysis to aid the company to make optimal decisions. Partner with product marketing in sizing our addressable market. Partner with sales and marketing to determine sales efficiency ratio’s and analysis. * Lead all aspects of financial reporting; including dashboarding, incentive compensation administration, and partner reporting. * Define requirements for accounting and financial reporting infrastructure and lead review and selection process of new systems when necessary. * Aid in the construction of the board decks * Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals. * Oversee and optimize financial reporting to management and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and to inform decision making throughout the company.
Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience in financial and management reporting with an excellent track record of achievement in high growth software companies, ideally in the payments and/or Enterprise SaaS space. * Business intelligence software implementation experience. * Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage many simultaneous projects and priorities. * Highly results-oriented. * SQL * A degree in business/finance is required. MBA is preferred. * 3 to 5 years of financial reporting and analysis experience with an excellent track record of achievement in high growth software and/or payments companies. * Strong financial modeling and financial analysis experience. * Strong leadership skills marked by ability to motivate team members at all levels to create dynamic and productive work environment. * Experience taking a company through multiple lifecycle phases. * Experience with accounting, compensation structures, pricing, sales modeling. * Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the company
