Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Talent team as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will serve as Talent Acquisition partner, working directly with our VP of Engineering to source, attract and recruit rockstar Engineers. Responsibilities
* Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet Signposts recruiting objectives * Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally * Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas * Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders * Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed * Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns * Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible * Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. * Understanding of the technical talent market in New York.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience * Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Working in a fast paced startup environment * Excellent communication skills
