Technical Recruiter

Signpost is cloud-based CRM software that gives local businesses the power to effortlessly build and manage customer relationships. Signpost automatically builds customer profiles by capturing email, phone, social and transactional data. Their automated marketing engine uses this data to drive purchases, reviews, referrals and loyalty.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Talent team as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will serve as Talent Acquisition partner, working directly with our VP of Engineering to source, attract and recruit rockstar Engineers. * Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet Signposts recruiting objectives * Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally * Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas * Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders * Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed * Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns * Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible * Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. * Understanding of the technical talent market in New York.

* 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience * Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process * Working in a fast paced startup environment * Excellent communication skills
