Summary
Shopkick is looking for a Web Product Manager with strong business acumen, outstanding analytical skills, and consumer experience to increase user engagement of existing products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle for your product line including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, planning and executing on the plan by working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing and support to ensure company goals are met. To succeed in this role you will need the following: strong customer empathy, can-do attitude, data driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven culture.
Responsibilities
* Research and understand customer needs and market/competitive landscape * Work with internal stakeholders to identify partner requirements and new features * Define the product roadmap for your product line * Translate that understanding into feature specs, and work with engineers and designers to translate specs into high quality shippable products. * Define metrics that inform product success and monitor/measure product performance to feed learning’s back into the product development process * Work with product marketing to communicate feature releases to end users and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent Desktop and Mobile Web products * Strategic and demonstrably data driven with strong analytic skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experienced in Web product management (minimum 2 years, preferably 3+) * Technical background preferred- a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
