Automotive Digital Program Manager

Since 2008, the Shift Digital team has built, deployed and managed easy-to-use solutions focused on the retail distribution channel of our clients.

We are looking for a Digital Program Manager to join us in our Laguna Beach office to support one of our major Automotive OEM accounts. This is a client facing role and this person person will be responsible for managing their certified website program.

* Manage and grow dealer participation in the certified website program * Vendor management of four providers * Ensure accurate data integration and compliance of program * Interface with client, their creative agency and website providers to ensure proper coordination * Program Awareness and Communication: Communicate all program details, changes and actions required * Reporting and Analytics: Manage the performance through use of analytics and reporting tool * Deliver monthly program reports to client * Provide client key insights to performance of content * Deliver value on each vendor interaction * Grow dealer participation in the certified program * Split time between West coast office and the client’s office (local)

* 4+ yrs. Account Management experience with a proved track record of success. Candidates must have sales and /or account service/consulting experience * Digital marketing experience required with a solid understanding of websites * Proficient in website management and best practices * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Must be self-motivated, possess strong phone skills and be able to thrive and multi-task in a busy sales and support environment * Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected * College degree is a requirement
