Content Production Manager
Schawk Incorporated
(Cupertino, California)-
Plan, manage, and track assets throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery. The imagery managed by the CPM includes, but is not limited to: hardware, screens for 1st- and 3rd-party software, lifestyle photography and icons.

Clearly communicate project scope as it relates to the function, provide key information to the GEO CPM on localization, and work closely with Business Affairs in regard to 3rd-party assets and required legal lines.

Manage the organization and staging of final assets on Content servers

Review deliverables, and communicate edits and final asset delivery to the project team, specifically to the Graphic Production studio via Radar.

Maintain an accurate archive of previous projects.

Partner with Content Coordinators to maintain image-based asset matrices representing up-to-date asset usage for projects.

Work with the Photo Production team to ensure that lifestyle and stock photography have proper clearance for usage rights.

Strategize with the broader content team on how to divide the production of shared assets.

Partner with Creative and Production teams to develop and refine efficient processes and workflows.

Partner with Traffic and Producers in creating project schedules, specifically representing Content Production timelines; factoring in Content-specific dependencies and considerations surrounding localization.

Engage in identifying and alleviating asset production issues, and help drive process improvements across the broader studio as solutions are identified.
- Distribute daily status for projects to keep the larger team informed of content production.
Qualifications / Requirements

To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable working independently and within a larger team environment, detail-oriented, highly organized, and sharply focused.

This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, adaptable, has strong communication skills, and the tenacity to see projects through to completion.
Additionally:

Must have 5+ years experience in graphic production and/or project management.

Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented Experience using the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite

Able to make sound decisions, think strategically, and multi-task.

Must have exceptional organization skills, verbal and written communication skills, time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility in work schedule and a practical sense of urgency are key to this role as you may be required to periodically work extended hours to meet critical milestones and deadlines.
Education
- Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or 5 to 10 years working independently or at an agency with production experience.
