- Marketing lead for digital marketing and advertising management for Satellite
Healthcare’s websites, social media pages, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO); create
strategy and the execution of our digital marketing management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market and communications plans
that leverage the social media/digital space as it deals with patients, physicians and the
greater medical community
- Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels; this could
include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos
- Create, manage and grow business presence across online media channels, including, but
not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, while continually
finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
- Participate in internal marketing efforts, events, and application of campaign
development and measurement; work collaboratively with various departments to
implement agreed-to strategies
- Educate colleagues and management about digital disciplines, trends and best practices
for creating impactful digital experiences
- Recommend strategies for specific department and territory needs regarding direct to
patient, physician and medical community marketing that include but not limited to
creating content, budget, audience outreach, email, paid advertising, SEO, social media
and more
- Develop a geographical digital marketing plan (search, SEO, etc.) and budget to fit the
needs and direction of the organization
- Monthly reporting of analytics, financial spend and results to the senior management
team
- Support the design, development, and implementation of existing and new service lines
- Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer
service standards
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
- Develops and maintains effective relationship through effective and timely
communication
- Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service
issues with all customers in a timely manner
