Commercial Operations Analyst

Responsible for analysis of processes, developing and maintaining databases and providing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production reports to management with formatting and design recommendations.

Coordinates, monitors, and executes daily production of reports used in the work unit; prepares monthly, quarterly and annual summary reports. Revises and implements policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service. Investigates and resolves reporting problems or issues. Strives to constantly improve and enhance tracking, reporting and analysis. Performs routine systems-related tasks (passwords, user access, etc.) and works with technical group to resolve simple problems. Researches, compiles, and reports work unit and individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics. Responds and resolves complex, sensitive data (ad-hoc) requests that may periodically arise. Provides analysis and recommendations to improve and monitor workflow output.

* High School diploma and appropriate Technical School certificate is minimum requirement. Collge Degree preferred. * Experience in banking or in a directly related field within the financial services industry. * Some College Experience: Between 1 - 3 Years Specialized Knowledge Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects. * Proficiency with Access and Excel databases. * Strong analytical, problem solving with the ability to focus on accuracy, detail orientation, and presentation. * Management Scope: Individual Contributor * Physical Requirements: Some travel required.
