Under the direction of the Logistics Operations Manager, deliver quality service and positive interaction with customers and carriers in a professional manner while enforcing and implementing security and safety programs, coordinating shipments, and assisting with filing and resolution of claims.

* Enforce security/safety programs ensuring that post orders are followed, established rounds completed, and reports and logs are completed as required. * Perform daily and weekly assessments/reports to the Operations Manager regarding account. performance and security performance, including issues or changes that need to be implemented.Coordination of shipments with internal and external entities to ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials and equipment.Assist with filing and resolution of claims with carriers for damage/loss. * Ensure timely entry of shipment milestone data into the system. * Integrate safety requirements and measures in all traffic and logistics activities. * Manage investigations into theft of property and/or company assets. * Conduct periodic audits of physical security of Samsung distribution centers and temporary facilities. * Review security practices by Samsung 3PL providers and carriers to assure compliance with contract and Samsung global security requirements. * Analyze loss data to identify trends and determine corrective action. * Manage GPS security program to safeguard very high value loads. * Provide security training to Samsung personnel and contractors handling Samsung products * Execute periodic and random warehouse, transportation, office and monitoring center audits in order to identify security threats and potential risk areas. * Execute transport audits in RFQ stage in order to ensure compliance with Samsung guidelines. * Perform other duties as assigned.

* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience * 3-5+ years experience in security related job in a logistics operations location. * Valid CA Driver's License * Willing to complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State of California * Minimum 2 years law enforcement experience * Strong communication skills in English * Bilingual Spanish preferred * Strong customer service skills and professionalism * Travel up to 10%
