Vice President Product Management for Analytics Cloud

Salesforce Analytics Cloud is one of the fastest growing products in Salesforce. Our team is growing and we are for a Vice President, Product Management. Reporting to the head of product management for Analytics Cloud, the position will have global responsibility for defining and driving the global product strategy. The executive we seek for this role will have the right combination of visionary leadership skills, technology pedigree, and relevant domain expertise in CRM to leverage the unique products and position of Salesforce. Of equal importance will be this individual's product management acumen, leadership ability, and the ability to drive awareness for new products in a highly competitive market. He/She will be responsible for vision, strategy, and execution of both existing and future products.

* Manage a team of product managers who are responsible for multiple product areas across the Analytics Cloud. * Drive product vision and develop and manage multi-year product roadmaps. * Maintain deep understanding of competitive offerings and market requirements. * Interact with C-level executives during prospect and customer meetings to promote the products. * Partner with Engineering team in creating high level product delivery plans and deliver high quality products according to those plans. * Develop processes and methodologies for efficient definition, development, and client readiness of products. * Build a high-performance product management team. * Make our Analytics capabilities the most used tools in the market; be a thought leader in the space and evangelize the value.

**Professional Experience/Skills Required:** * 10+ years experience in product management in a high tech company. * 5+ years experience in the Analytics space. * Prior experience in space of Consumer Applications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent **Professional Experience/Skills Desired:** * Experience in building predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions * High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative * Stellar public speaking skills * Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products, preferably with familiarity of the cloud/SaaS and Analytics space * Proven track record of exceptional messaging and positioning * Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines * Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment * Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively * Proven track record in customer-facing situations * MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school) * Exceptional team leader **Leadership Qualities:** **Think Strategically** * Knows what it takes to give your business the competitive advantage.
