Senior Engineer User Interface

* You'll build new features, contribute to the code base, and make architecture improvements, while working closely with your team members. * You'll be the expert on areas of the codebase or a specific technology. * You'll think strategically and execute on technical vision. * You'll be a mentor for less experienced developers, teaching technical as well as soft skills, such as task breakdown, design patterns, and more.

**Technical Requirements:** * You have a solid background in computer science paired with strong experience in data structures, and algorithms * Strong experience with Javascript/CSS, JQuery. Experience with Javascript frameworks (Angular, Backbone, React, etc.) a strong plus. * You're highly capable in one or more Object Oriented languages (such as PHP or Java). * Proficiency in software testing and quality assurance? Not a problem for you. * Programming best practices and design patterns guide your work. **Leadership Requirements:** * Ability to communicate concisely and effectively to technical audiences * You strive to inspire and motivate others to improve; enthusiastically assist others in making their work better * You have lived the agile and scrum practices and understand what it takes to be effective within them * Driving team engagement around technical specifications derived from business requirements can be hard, but you could do it in your sleep * You always consider how to convert complicated projects into small tasks for a team to execute on
