Summary
Responsible for completing holistic Claims File and/or estimates audits, monthly Claims QA and leading Team Reviews. Will provide face to face feedback to adjusters and Managers about Audit findings and provide training to adjusters.
Responsibilities
* Adheres to all SafeAuto policies and procedures, as outlined in the Associate’s Handbook. * Ensures all managers and supervisors understand auditing criteria. * Collects and reviews procedures used in the handling of claims. * Ensures updated procedure versions available to all associates. * Reviews and updates the Comprehensive Auditing Plan, including criteria to be assessed, forms, file selection criteria, and scoring guidelines. * Responsible for establishing programs that will prevent the misappropriation of funds. * Other related duties, as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Education and/or Experience** Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and five to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. **Language Skills** Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. **Other Requirements** Regular, full-time attendance, within company parameters, required. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
