Administrative Assistant II

Rush University Medical Center is a not-for-profit, 664-bed academic medical center in Chicago. Administrative support to the Associate Director and staff including management of databases developed to track and monitor workflow. Prepares and formats monthly financial reports utilizing Access and Excel for presentation to Vyridian clients. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

* Provides administrative support to the Associate Director and staff of Vyridian including high level and complex event scheduling. * Monitors and develop Access Databases as needed for Vyridian batch and workflow. * Prepares and formats financial reports utilizing Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for presentation to Vyridian clients. * Reviews accuracy and formats of Excel reports generated by Collection staff to assure accuracy. * Trains staff in Advance Excel as needed. * Prepares assigned communications (reports, minutes) within the defined time frames. * Oversees telecommunications requests for phone system setup/maintenance, and computer set-ups. * Assists Associate Director in processing of Human Resource transactions. * Other relevant duties as assigned.

* High School diploma or equivalent required. * Three or more years of relevant experience required. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Power Point, Microsoft Word and Visio to produce complex documents. * Excellent verbal, written, and oral presentation skills to interact with clients and Executive level personnel
