We have two immediate openings for smart, creative, and proactive team players to create, manage and optimize successful Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram marketing campaigns for our clients.

We are searching for individuals with an interest in internet marketing and a knack for creative thinking to join our Social Media Advertising Team. You must possess both strong analytical and creative skills, intense intellectual curiosity and proven leadership experience. We will provide all of the training you need to become an expert in managing social media advertising campaigns.

• Produce creative and eye-catching Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram advertisements (i.e. writing text, headlines and news feed link descriptions) in order to drive qualified visitors to clients' websites.
• Meet clients' goals and expectations by performing ad creative testing and audience analysis.
• Analyze the performance of all social media platforms by translating quantitative and qualitative data into comprehensible recommendations for the campaign strategy.
• Implement successful bidding strategies for the targeted audience.
• Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make changes accordingly.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to keep them in the know about timelines, budgets, reporting and analysis.
• Continually monitor, revise and optimize ad text as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Social Media Advertising Team Lead.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong creative skills in order to produce "attention-grabbing" advertisements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to various internet marketing problems and prioritize work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams.
• Self-starter with "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent phone ability; extreme internet and email proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate Excel skills. Ability to type 50+ wpm.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
