Summary
We have an immediate opening for an individual with a passion for online marketing and an understanding of web design to join our SEO team. This person will be responsible for performing research and audits of our clients’ web presence as it relates to search engine-friendliness and content optimization.
Responsibilities
- As an SEO Analyst you'll get all the training you need to bring you up to speed on the latest search engine algorithm updates. You will learn how to effectively optimize a website’s architecture and content to increase visibility in search engine results pages. Perform SEO technical analysis and evaluation of client websites. - Perform audits of links pointing to clients’ websites. - Perform keyword research on a wide range of content, including e-commerce, lead generation and informational websites. - Create technical analysis reports and other deliverables; assist in communicating findings and strategy to the client. - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across all major search channels (i.e. Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.). - Execute link building/acquisition strategies and ensure quality results by performing post-campaign analysis. - Create monthly client reports based on SEO trend analysis, keyword performance and website performance. - Performing other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Essential Qualifications:** - General understanding of HTML/CSS. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to various search marketing problems and prioritize work. - Self-starter with "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic. - Excellent phone ability; extreme internet and email proficiency. - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite. - Intermediate Excel skills. - Ability to type 50+ wpm. **Education and Experience Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
