Server will provide excellent customer service to all guests of the Atrium & off-site premises in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.

* Provide excellent service to all restaurant guests * Knowledge of the menu and the structure of the plate; knowledge of wines and the restaurant wine list * Setup of tables, chairs, linen, china, silverware and glassware; clean and polish silverware / glassware * Clear and clean all tables, work areas, dining room or other areas utilized according to proper procedures; return all equipment to proper location * Carry heavy trays of food from the kitchen to the dining area * Perform all necessary side work as directed at the beginning and end of shift * Assist bartender when need arises * Maintain exemplary food handling and safety and operation practices

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience** * High School Diploma or GED * Experience with serving prepared food to customers * Direct customer service experience * Ability to work various shifts including nights/weekends * Bartending experience preferred * Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
