We have partnered with a large Health Insurance Company in Philadelphia, PA area to provide them with a Software Engineer.

* We are looking for an experienced software developer to help expand our platform’s APIs and web service infrastructure. You’ll have significant ownership over features and will be expected to contribute to refining our product vision and platform capabilities. * Being an early stage startup, we are looking for someone as excited about the healthcare technology space as we are, and place an emphasis on excellent communication and people skills. * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field **Skills/Knowledge:** * 5+ years software engineering experience (ideally at a technology startup) * Programming experience in Flask and Python (Java or C#) * Experience with TDD in Python (mock, nose) and designing RESTful API services * Experience with Amazon Web Services (RDS, S3, EC2) * Experience with NoSQL systems, especially Redis and MongoDB * Experience with SQL and database design Pluses * Experience developing and deploying webbased * Systems utilizing machine learning * Experience working with remote teams * DevOps experience (familiarity with automation tools such as Chef, Fabric, Docker)
