On call responsibilities include:

• Conducting site and unit inspections,
• Supervising and coordinating contractors/vendors,
• Executing a preventive maintenance program,
• Purchasing materials, supervising day to day
• Maintenance and janitorial duties of the property,
• Budget tracking, as well as staff supervision.

• Hands-on ability to maintain building mechanical systems and fire systems.
• Highly skilled in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining high building standards.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Superb customer service skills.
